Exists Coaching, Business Coaching, lifecoaching, Team Coaching, Ontological Coaching and Ontological Business, Coaching with NLP, and probably will come out more variations as part of the evolution and maturity of the practice.

Our practice focuses on Ontological Coaching which was born as a practice in the early 90’s, it is a proposal that has evolved and matured to today, and we believe it is the best approach to Latin America level, in all aspects, professional, deep, sensible, solid and grounded, even believe is the best in the world, unfortunately to coach or be a coach in a Latin American culture is not the same as in the Anglo-Saxon culture, practice and principles may be the same, variables and tools vary, since the proposal is based on language, and we are the result of our conversations.

Business Coaching

Is a new practice that is born and emerges from recognizing the shortcomings faced by managers or command roles in organizations today, and born to face the challenges that are required today, among which stands out the learning. The manager today requires expanding the capabilities in order to meet and face the challenges that will arise daily. These challenges have to do with increasing the performance capability of the person who works with him and his team.

Ontological Coaching is a learning process, not therapy, although they are many of the techniques used, and is not mentoring or counseling.

Something fundamental is that taking coaching does not mean that something is wrong with me, is simply to recognize that there is something I do not know, there’s something I can not do with my competences.

One of the principles of coaching practice is that the coachee is the one who takes the process of coaching, he decides, it is he who chooses, it is he who ultimately resolved.

The coach is simply a facilitator of the process so you can find the answer to your learning needs, to find the way on how to get the learning that requires, is not the coach who is providing the knowledge or learning, the coach only facilitates the transit for the coachee to find the answers he is looking for.

The contributions of the Coach

The coach brings several points to the coachee, among which are:

Create a confidence space in order that the coachée could express freely with the coach, where he observes objectivity, benevolence, and has the appropriate competence for receiving the coachee speech, listening.

It provides the ability to identify the real challenges that the coachee has. That means being able to go easier for the coachee to find the real problem that afflicts him.

Develop the ability to observe of the coachee.

Mentoring

It is a parallel practice, which at times is supported with coaching techniques and tools, but unlike Coaching, this does teach people, it does not expected that the person finds the solution, the process is a little different.

One of the major differences is that the coach is not an expert in a subject necessarily particular, is an expert in driving the process of coaching and a mentor should be an expert in the subject that supports mandatory.

A coach helps in all problems, while a mentor, help in very specific topics to his specialty.

There are situations where it is required of one or other or both, the coach heals problems of the soul, the mentor teaches and solves business problems.

In DEHO Consultancy we have many mentors in business processes that have vast experience in different organizations that can support you in solving specific business problems.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row el_class=”ubicacion”][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text] Community Coaching and Mentoring [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1427456316347{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]There are several coaching techniques or practices and all have a principle that the person is the central axis of all activity.
