The design of an Integrated Management Model is composed of the following elements that work in a coordinated and interrelated way:
- Strategic Direction: is the element that ensures from the beginning to have a clear and shared definition of the course and objectives to achieve as well as the values and behaviors expected of each of the members of the organization.
